The Opportunity Join as a Finance Officer and play a pivotal role supporting both office and site teams with accounts payable, payroll assistance, and general administrative duties. This varied role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional eager to expand their experience in a dynamic construction environment. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable including invoice matching, payment runs, and reconciliations Assist with payroll functions and employee reimbursements Maintain accurate and confidential financial records Support Finance Manager with ledger and bank reconciliations Manage supplier and subcontractor queries promptly and professionally Handle office administration such as stationery orders and compliance documentation What We’re Looking For Mandatory: 1 year experience in accounts payable and payroll processing as a minimum Desirable: Certificate IV in Accounting or equivalent qualification Familiarity with financial systems such as Jobpac, Procore Financials, or Xero Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Honest, respectful, and reliable with a strong work ethic Proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality Why Join them?
